The terms "you", "your" and "yours" refer to the user/customer utilizing our website to purchase services or merchandise ("product") or to browse our website. Celebrate the Day can not guarantee the lifespan of your balloons after they are delivered/setup at your event space.
Sun exposure affects balloons and causes them to change color or even POP. Dark colored balloons seem to pop quicker than light colored balloons in the sun. All sources of heat and sharp objects may POP your balloons as well. Please be careful when handling and placing your balloons inside your home, workplace and venues.
Registration information provided in our website, such as e-mails, addresses and phone numbers are kept private. Information will not be sold or shared and is for use by Celebrate the Day only for promotions and marketing as described.
Despite our efforts to ensure that the information on our website is accurate, complete and current, there may be instances when information about a product contains inaccurate or incomplete data, including data about the product's price or availability. We make no warranty or guarantee that the information on our website is error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct errors and/or update the content on our website at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing any error or inaccuracy, including after the order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your order is canceled after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original pay type.
We reserve the right to change product pricing, terms, specifications and warranties without notice. In addition, we may revise these terms of use at any time by updating the website. Online sales are intended for, and limited to, personal use and domestic sales only. We reserve the right to limit the number of products sold, including the right to prohibit sales to re-sellers. Prices do not include shipping, handling or insurance.
We try to show our products in their true colors. Due to the differences in settings of computer displays the colors you actually see may be little different from the actual product.
State sales taxes are charge for mail order and hand deliveries within Tennessee only.
Please note that once the deposit or payment in full is submitted and your event date scheduled, all other clients have been refused services for your event date. All services may be cancelled if received in writing no later than 2 days prior to the event. Cancellations requested 7 days prior to event will forfeit $50 of their total order amount. Cancellations requested less than 7 days, more than 2 days prior to event and decor has not been prepped will forfeit $75 of their total order amount. If decor has been prepped, cancellation fee will depend on how much has been prepped before cancellation notice was received. Cancellations requested less than 2 days prior to event forfeit 100% of their total order amount.
Postponed/Rescheduled Event
Please note if your event is rescheduled for a later date, the deposit fee will be held and applied to your rescheduled event decor.
