List the Occasion Date for your party or event and your Contact Number at CHECKOUT. This will be used to promptly process your order in case there are any questions or out of stock merchandise. YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE PROCESSED without this information. We will attempt to obtain this information by contacting you through email. The order will be cancelled and refunded if we do not reach you within 24 hours of the time you submitted the order.

Orders are mailed by Priority Mail 2-3 days delivery Nationwide. UPS 2nd Day and Next Day delivery as well as Express Mail shipping upgrades are available at additional cost by phone.

When possible, order 6 days in advance to ensure your order arrives before your party date. We want to make your party and gift planning as easy as possible. Purchasing balloons without helium will save you on shipping costs. You can buy a "Balloon Time" disposable tank from a local party store or they can fill them (rates vary). Welding stores also rent tanks between $30 - $45.
