Balloon Decor Facts

Q. What cities does Celebrate The Day setup balloon decor?

Tennessee: Fairview, Franklin, Brentwood, Nashville, Antioch, Smyrna, Lavergne, Goodlettsville, Rivergate, Spring Hill, Thompson's Station, Columbia and surrounding cities. Including the following counties: Williamson, Davidson, Dickson, Hickman, Maury, Marshall, Bedford, Rutherford, Wilson, Cheatam.

Q. How long will the balloons last?

Float times vary depending on balloon size, design and conditions of the environment. Typical life: air filled balloons 5-8 days, helium filled balloons 1-3 days, depending on size. Hi-float treatment makes helium balloons float much longer.

Q. What will be the delivery and setup charges?

The delivery and set-up charge for Decor jobs varies based on delivery and setup time frame. A $30 minimum travel & setup fee is place on all orders over $100.00. This rate may be higher for service outside of normal business hours, for service outside of the general service area or when the delivery/set-up time provided by the client is less than 3 hours. Please call for a firm delivery and set-up charge.

Q. How much notice do I have to give to place an order?

In order to allow time for special order of products to be shipped without additional expedited shipping charges, we recommend that all jobs be booked and confirmed at least one week in advance. Reservations are subject to delivery slot availability at the time the order is placed.

Q. Do the prices include removal of the balloon decorations?

NO! Removal of decor is not included. A quote can be provided if this service is required. Cost is based on volume of decor. Typically $60 - $120.

Q. How and when do I have to pay?

A deposit is required at time of adding your event to our schedule. Balance is due by credit card, cash, or company check (sorry, no personal checks) 3 days before event.

Q. What if I need to cancel?

• Orders cancelled with a 6+ days notice from event: 25% service charge
• Orders cancelled with a 3-5 days notice from event: 50% service charge
• Orders cancelled with less than 72 hours notice from event: 100% service charge

size & name of decor you are requesting a quote, colors and any other pertinent information or questions you may have.
